As you may or may not know, Zynga is headquartered in San Francisco's beautiful Potrero Hill neighborhood, and our Cafe World team and Zynga's own Culinary team decided they wanted to do some local real world good with food. The SF Food Bank works to end hunger in SF by providing donated and purchased food to over 400 non-profits enabling them to give nutritious meals or supplemental groceries to thousands of low-income families and individuals in the community.

Our teams headed out on Monday to give back to the community and have fun while doign it. The food bank told our food-loving Zynga team that they packed about 11,000 lbs. of carrots and 2,136 lbs. of oats--now that's some serious poundage!
